What you need:

• Advanced Diploma in Children Services/ Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 2 years experience as a director
• Outstanding communication skills
• Solid understanding of licensing and regulations
• Excellent presentation
• Excellent staff management
• A real passion and commitment to working with children
